Please note that:
- All prices are fully inclusive of heating, linen and towels.
- There are no extra charges for pets.
- Bookings are normally Friday to Friday.
- Short breaks are available out of season (minimum 3 nights).

Terms of Business
The accommodation is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
A non-returnable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking with the remainder payable six weeks in advance of the holiday. If the booking is made less than six weeks before the holiday, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Please make cheques payable to Mrs Lorna Hicks. Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance arrangements.
Children are welcome. Parents must take responsibility for their children who play at their own risk, and must be aware that a farm can be a dangerous place and there are ponds and water on the farm.
Visitors agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, to report all breakages, losses and damage, and to pay for them before leaving.
Clients' possessions, vehicles and their contents are at owners' risk at all times.
No more than the maximum number of persons, as stated in the brochure, unless by prior written agreement.
There will be a charge of £35 per week for an additional child's bed.
In the unlikely event of West Hele being unavailable on a stated holiday date, then all monies will be refunded. Every attempt will be made to find other similar accommodation.
In the event of a complaint arising, please inform Lorna immediately so that it can be rectified.
All information is given in good faith and every effort has been made to provide the amenities described. No liability will fall upon the owner for any occurrence outside their control.
Bookings for the next year can be made during your stay and will be charged at this year’s prices.
